Company RavArt loves to perform outdoors. Not on a stage, but amongst people, in public spaces. We believe that theatre does not take place within four walls or on a stage, but close to the audience. It happens amongst the people on the street. That is where we find the ingredients for our improvisations – in the audience and the location itself. In this way, we transform the world around us into a theatre. For the audience and, above all, with the audience.
Tom, Tom & Tom turn growing older into a blessing. The three elderly men are still too young to give up and instead celebrate life together. Full of energy and creative inspiration, the trio move through the audience, who follow them from scene to scene. The three elderly men turn squares into yoga classes, climb up lampposts, end up in (im)possible poses and interact with bystanders in a completely improvised manner. And the good news is: the audience can join in!
